When you choose our resources, you aren’t just getting learning materials—you are getting tools backed by over 30 years of professional experience in the New Zealand education sector and 24 years of real-world, hands-on homeschooling. We deeply understand the ins and outs of home educating in New Zealand, and exactly what it takes to build a rich, flexible, and joyful learning environment centred around your family’s unique rhythm. We’ve been where you are, and we're here to help you navigate it with confidence and ease.


Introducing Our Creator and Writer

Nina is a homeschooling mother of five children, three of whom are grown and flown, while two remain at home where they are completing the final years of their homeschooling education.

Nina Has been home educating her children from the get-go; that’s 24 years in total. Prior to homeschooling and throughout, Nina has also worked in an advisory capacity and as a tutor. She loves creating inspiring resources for other home educating families and is passionate about education; specifically, home education.

In May 2026, some new legislative changes were proposed that had many in the home education community nervous, and feeling like they needed to undertake more detailed record keeping. In response to this, Nina has created a series of Homeschool Learning Journals, inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach to keeping child centred visual records. Meanwhile in the background, she’s also been busily working on a series of high school level Literature and Composition Unit studies and a few History Units too, so watch this space!
